Hedgehug – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Assisto Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Assisto", "we", "us" or "our") publishes the mobile game Hedgehug (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is processed when you play the Game, why, and what choices you have.

Short version: the Game has no accounts and we run no game servers. Your progress and settings stay on your device. Personal information is processed only by Google, for the ads you see (Google AdMob) and for in-app purchases (Google Play Billing). In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, ads are personalised only if you consent.

1. Who is responsible

Data controller: Assisto Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Denizköşkler Mah. Ferah Çıkmazı Sk. No: 2 İç Kapı No: 1, Avcılar / İstanbul, Türkiye. Tax office / number: Avcılar / 0911401840. Contact: info@assistotech.com · +90 543 697 99 87

2. Information we process

Information stored only on your device. Your level, acorns, hints, collected hedgehogs and gardens, daily-puzzle calendar and streak, statistics, your sound, vibration, reminder and language settings, and whether you bought "Remove ads" or the Starter Pack. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.

Reminders (local notifications). If you allow notifications, the Game schedules reminders on your device (for example, when your free gift is ready or a new daily puzzle is available). They are created by the Game itself on your phone; no push service is used and no data is sent to us. You can turn them off in Settings → Reminders or in your Android settings.

Advertising data (Google AdMob). If you have not bought "Remove ads", the Game shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve, measure and limit ads, and to prevent fraud, Google's SDK may collect: - your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID); - device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version); - your IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived; - ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and diagnostic data; - your consent choices.

Google processes this data under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Purchase data (Google Play Billing). Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation (purchase token and product ID) so the Game can unlock what you bought. We never receive your payment card or bank details. See the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

Communications. If you email us, we use your email address and message to answer you.

We do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools, and we do not collect your name, contacts, photos, precise location or other sensitive information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only: - with Google (AdMob and Google Play), as described above, and with the advertising partners Google uses to serve ads; - with authorities, where the law requires it; - with a successor, in a merger or sale of our business.

6. International transfers

Google may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google relies on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For transfers from Türkiye, see the Turkish notice (KVKK Art. 9).

7. Retention

On-device data stays until you uninstall the Game. We keep emails sent to us for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 2 years. Google keeps advertising and purchase data according to its own retention policies.

8. Children

The Game is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to: - access your personal information; - correct it; - delete it; - restrict or object to its processing; - receive it in a portable format; - withdraw consent at any time; - complain to your data protection authority.

Because we hold no personal information on our own servers, most requests are fulfilled directly through the controls in Section 4. For anything else, email info@assistotech.com and we will answer within 30 days.

10. Security

We do not run servers that store your data, which keeps the amount of data at risk small. Communication with Google's services is encrypted in transit.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the Game.

12. Law and contact
